Men in handcuffs are led into a room and photographed as statistics show that Labour have released 35,000 convictive criminals before they have served half their sentences under their Special Early Release Scheme. One of the men mugs an old woman, another commits burglary, and a third deals drugs. The Conservatives would abolish the scheme.

A woman with three children, pushing a buggy, walks past an empty car. British petrol is already the most expensive in Europe and petrol tax will be raised further under Labour, whereas the Conservatives will lower it.
