Synopsis

Warning: screenonline full synopses contain 'spoilers' which give away key plot points. Don't read on if you don't want to know the ending!

A hansom cab pulls up outside a canopied entrance of the Guildhall, from which a man in a top hat and frock coat alights. Guard of Honour guardsmen march and an open carriage pulls up to the entrance. Inside is Lord Kitchener, accompanied by Major Lord Edward Cecil, Captain Sir Henry Rawlinson and Captain J.K. Watson. They alight and enter the building. Footmen and city police linger at the entrance. The guards take their position again as an empty carriage drives up and Lord Kitchener emerges from the Guildhall.
