"The Duke and Duchess of York greeted on their arrival in Australia by the Governor-General, Lord Stonehaven, and the Prime Minister". Ships in Sydney harbour decked with flags as Duke and Duchess come alongside in a small boat and are greeted as they step onto the quayside. They drive away in an open car followed by an escort on horseback. [Arrival occurred March 25th].
