"The STATE 'GREYHOUND' : the first munition tavern in the south opened by Mr. Montague Minister of Munition, at Enfield, for the use of munition workers at the Royal small arms factory". Pan left to right, interior of the canteen, people in a row to pick up food and sitting behind tables. A group of people, mainly children, waiting outside. A car with chauffeur drives through the group. In a full meeting hall Mr. Montague addresses the audience.
