"TOPE FISHING The Tope or Dog Fish a species of shark is fished for off the Kentish coast. A fine specimen being landed after a severe struggle". Close shot taken in moving boat of fisherman with two boats behind him being towed along. Shot from a nearby boat of two fishermen landing a dog fish. Boat returns to shore amid other fishing boats and pleasure craft near pier [Herne Bay?]. Fishermen bring catch ashore and weigh it.
