Title: "FOUNDLINGS ON PARADE Bishop Taylor-Smith, Maj-General Sir Francis Lloyd and the Lord Mayor attend the Foundling Hospital and inspect the children". Lord Mayor (Sir Charles Wakefield), Sir Francis Lloyd and Bishop Taylor-Smith walking along lines of young boys and girls in dark suits and stiff white collars.
