Synopsis

Main title. "Swiss infantry marching through the streets of Berne. As Switzerland is surrounded by Nations fighting each other they are compelled to keep their Army mobilised to prevent breach of neutrality". A bend in a road in a crowded street in Berne. The crowds watch a marching band followed by two divisions of Swiss infantry who parade along the street. At the head of one of the divisions a soldier carries a Swiss flag.
