"TRAINING MULES FOR THE ARMY. Mr. F. Ginnett shows how a mule can be broke of all his natural vices and be made suitable for use in the Army." Men break a mule in a field. The mule is already lassooed around the neck. The back legs are lassooed and tied. The mule is attached to a cart to which another trained mule has been harnessed. Both mules pull the cart. A man rides the mule; another is thrown from it.
