"Lord Rosebery accompanied by the Lord Provost, inspects the Boy's Brigade in Queen's Park, Glasgow". Arrival of Lord Rosebery (wearing Boy's Brigade officer's uniform?) by car (view obscured by mounted army officers). Side view of raised platform as he steps onto it. Pan along platform, Lord Rosebery seen with other army officers. In the background is a grandstand crowded with spectators. March past of the Boy's Brigade. All carry rifles. Many wear shorts.
