Arthur Roberts, 'the celebrated comedian' introduces the comic song 'Topsey Turvey', which he says he sang thirty years before in the show 'H.M.S. Iresponsible'. He performs the song, which includes a long sequence where he mimes the actions of a woman undressing in a bathing machine.
