The River Thames at Henley-on-Thames is busy as people take leisurely rides in small pleasure crafts. The riverbanks are also very crowded with banners posted along the side of the river. Many of the vessels on the Thames are rowing boats with men in boater hats and women with parasols. Two men ride along in a steam-powered boat that heads towards Henley Bridge.
