"Still 'Our Princess'! Amid unforgettable scenes of love and loyalty the King's daughter marries an English nobleman thereby enabling H.R.H. - in her own sweet words - to 'remain in her native land'". Section of crowd, filmed from above. "Glorious was the day... the bride sets forth with her father from Buckingham Palace". Coach leaves the Palace. "Wonderful Whitehall". Coach passes under Admiralty Arch and down Whitehall. "At the Abbey". A shot of Westminster Abbey towers. "Queen Alexandra arrives". Queen's coach arrives. "Queen Mary and her sons". Another coach arrives. "Arrival of the bridegroom". Viscount Lascelles walks up to the entrance followed by guests. "Princess Mary arrives at the Abbey". Shot of her arrival taken from above, then a shot from street level. "The ceremony in the Abbey". The scene in the Abbey during the ceremony [still used with camera movement]. "Man and wife" The couple drive away in their coach. "A thunderous oration" [sic]. The procession passes through crowded streets into St James's St. "The roar of Piccadilly. 'Shout after shout to greet the bridal pair'". The procession continues. "'And from the balcony, hearts glowing, they did bow the people gracious thanks'".
