A nurse is seen with her charge in a public park. A policeman comes along and greets her with a kiss and they stroll away arm in arm. A tramp, who has been watching, emerges from his hiding place and snatches the bottle from the baby in the pram and commences to drink. The woman and the policeman suddenly return and the tramp is taken into custody.
