Two students plan to elope with their girl-friends from a neighbouring school. They don female clothing and present themselves to the headmistress as new pupils. The disguise works and the headmistress, Miss Spinster, is delighted with her new charges, but later she realises their plan when she spies them in their room out of costume.

The four realise they have been discovered but manage to escape. They make their way to the Registry Office with the headmistress in pursuit, but they are married before she is able to intervene.
