Synopsis

Warning: screenonline full synopses contain 'spoilers' which give away key plot points. Don't read on if you don't want to know the ending!

A large group of primary schoolchildren (equal mix of boys and girls) walk through a school playground towards camera, some of them waving at the camera. Boys wear jackets and caps and the girls white smocks, some of them in hats. A group of female teachers stand to one side watching. Another group of schoolchildren (mainly boys) run about in playground: some stop to look at camera, others carry friends on their backs 'piggyback' style. A small group of men in bowler hats stand to one side watching. Elderly bearded man throws coins or sweets in the air and the children scramble on the ground for them - a younger man with a moustache and carrying an umbrella dashes in front of the camera. Young boys wave at the camera and carry friends on their shoulders.
