While the League of Nations is in session 'war' breaks out in many lands. Long shot of a meeting of the Council of the League of Nations. "America's manouevres are realisitic!". The barrel of a huge gun jerks towards the camera. Marines crossing a bridge. Shot of the gun being fired, taken from the rear. "France's manouevres are on stricken fields!". Infantry marching, and artillery in action in a field. "Germany manouevres are grim!". Helmeted German infantry filing past a farmyard in the rain.
