The film starts with views of the railway station and passengers alighting, followed by two large white exhibition buildings with Union flags flying. We see views of various attractions including: the entrance to the 'London & North Western Railway Cinematograph Pictures' cinema; the dodgems - small carts on an undulating surface; a ride of motorcars set on rails and the big dipper and mountain railway.
