Synopsis

Warning: screenonline full synopses contain 'spoilers' which give away key plot points. Don't read on if you don't want to know the ending!

A man in military uniform is being waited on by a woman, whose face he caresses affectionately. She hears something, and persuades him to hide behind a screen while she frantically clears the table. Her husband, a policeman, returns home and kisses her. He sits at the table with his back to the screen, while she pours him a drink. The lover attracts her attention with his sword, and she passes him the jug, from which he eagerly drinks. He puts the jug down, the noise of which betrays him. The husband leaps up and looks behind the screen, and the lover wrestles him to the floor.
