A large crowd of children follows the royal couple as they walk along a road. The tour continues through a shipyard. The King is presented to a line of men, many holding paintings. A sign reads "No.9 PONTOON DOCK. RUSSIAN steamer SLAVONIC Grounding damage near ARCHANGEL".
