A gate bearing the partially legible inscription '...graving dock' is slid open. A man with a dog sits in front of the gate and the workers (exclusively male) walk out towards the camera. A well-dressed man wearing a hat attempts to talk to the workers but is ignored. A horse and cart leaves the factory and the well dressed man rides off on it, doffing his hat to the camera. Young workers wave to the camera. A horse and cart passes.
