Synopsis

Sunderland(?) team walk out of the striped pavilion building at Deepdale. They wear vertically striped shirts with collars and black shorts. The Preston team follows wearing white shirts with collars and white shorts. A sign on the pavilion says 'No betting(?) allowed'. Three suited men, one holding a ball, bring up the rear. A man leads a midget a litle way onto the pitch; the man then continues walking alone to the applause of the crowd. The game in progress, seen from both ends.
