Mitchell and Kenyon 24

A glass factory gate. On the left is a high brick wall with windows. Workers (men, women and children) walk towards the camera. The women mostly wear shawls pulled over their heads or hats. Many of the workers carry flasks. Some boys come into shot, stare at, and then walk towards the camera.

Mitchell and Kenyon 25

A factory gate. A group of workers (men, women and children) are standing around outside, many looking at the camera, while other workers leave. The people standing outside then begin to enter the building.

Mitchell and Kenyon 26

Boys and girls stand by a high brick wall and watch a horse-drawn carriage pass. The passenger in the carriage holds an umbrella. Large numbers of men, women, boys and girls walk by, some holding umbrellas. One woman stands holding a baby. Most of the women wear boater hats. All generations acknowledge presence of camera.
