"Meeting of new Kindred who aim at a race of Intellectual Barbarians. Mr H.G. Wells is a member of this camping fraternity, who combine the ideals of Scientists and Red Indians".

Couple seated by camp fire. Group of people by tents in a field. "Tribe meets Tribe". One group give raised arm salutes to another group as it marches past. "Council". Group seated in a circle in field, with other standing in the centre. Close shot of man in costume reading a proclamation. Return to shot of group in a circle. "Handicrafts". Uniformed boys seated in front of tent carving pieces of wood [?]. "'Kibboettes'". Five women perform a dance in front of a group of people. The dancers finish by all lying on the ground.
