Crowds on a street where a tram waits. People stroll on moor ground where marquees have been erected. Boys kick a football into netting. Boys ride on donkeys. Passengers board a miniature railway carriage and are pulled away from the platform by attached ropes. The carriage is pulled back and forth along the tracks. Passengers wait on a platform beside a rail track. People take individual rides on an elevated seat pulled by overhead ropes. Passenger cars run back and forth on a rollercoaster.
