Synopsis

Warning: screenonline full synopses contain 'spoilers' which give away key plot points. Don't read on if you don't want to know the ending!

A charlady scrubs out an empty room. A notice on the window reads "This house to let". The removal men arrive, take down the notice and proceed to carry in the furniture. They then slip about on the soap, crash into each other and begin to fight with the furniture until everything is in ruins and disorder. The tenant, a conjuror, then arrives and at his command the furniture quickly springs back together again. The bed arrives and he undresses and gets into it while his clothes `walk' into the wardrobe by themselves.
