Synopsis

Intertitle: "VOTE FOR HARRY KEMP THE ECONOMIST. The all-important question of the day is Economy. Harry Kemp has practised economy all his life, and would bring his knowledge to bear on the duties that fall to be performed by a Town Councillor", with caricature of Harry Kemp.

Intertitle: "VOTE FOR HARRY KEMP THE COOL HEADED. Harry Kemp is no Faddist. He takes a sensible view of things, has a ripe business experience, and the correct man for the Council".

Intertitle: "VOTE FOR HARRY KEMP THE BUSINESS MAN. You will admit that Harry Kemp has run his business in Saltcoats in an honest, straightforward and successful manner. If you vote for him, he will endeavour to look after your interests as well as he has looked after his own".
