A boy and his sister are kidnapped by a mysterious pirate submarine which they have been investigating. Their father finds the boy's camera, which contains pictures of the craft and informs the authorities. The pirates sink an ocean liner and retrieve the treasure wearing diving suits. The Royal Navy gives chase with its own underwater craft, but the submarine takes to the air and drops bombs on its pursuers. It is finally forced to land and is destroyed by bombs from aeroplanes.
