A portrayal of the county of East Lothian intended for a broad cinema audience both within UK and overseas. One of several local authority sponsored films produced and marketed by Films of Scotland. The municipalities used film as one element in the marketing of their areas to potential inward investors and new employers. The attractions of the area as places to live and work for both workers and their families were highlighted.
