The Prince of Wales was sent on interminable tours of the Empire, exploiting his huge popularity, but building up great resentment within him against the wearisome obligations that went with being royal. The newsreels made special features of these Empire tours, and here the Topical Budget cameraman picks up not only on the Prince's arrival in Canada, but on the women who were his dancing partners on the voyage.
