Zoo-related items were always a popular attraction at Topical Budget, no matter how thin the actual subject matter. In this, assorted brown bears (or "hungry bruins", as the title card would have it) adopt assorted positions which Topical's title writers interpret (not especially convincingly) as begging for food.
