This collection of titles (and the illustrative clips that accompany them) offers a snapshot of the different ways that various forms of transport have been represented on screen, as well as examples of how the concepts of travel, journeys and transport itself have themselves inspired filmmakers throughout the 20th century.
The collection also supports the joint Transport for London and The Times BFI London Film Festival project, Journey Times, an innovative filmmaking project that aims to encourage young people to express their ideas about travel and transport and enhance their understanding of the work of TFL.
You can download the TFL Journey Times pack by following the link on the right hand side.
Don't forget to visit the Creative Archive, where a selection of extracts from a number of titles are available to download for free.
