Young Peoples' Short Films About Travel and Transport
Is transport just a way of getting from A to B?
Does my daily journey look different through a camera lens?
How do I travel?
During the autumn of 2007, young people across London used film as a way of exploring these and other fundamental questions about travel and transport in the capital.
Supported by Transport for London (TfL), the Times BFI 51st London Film Festival (LFF) worked with schools to help students make their own short films, inspired by films from the archive, about different modes of sustainable transport and the people who use them. The films were produced at City Learning Centres in three London boroughs and premiered in a special screening at the 2007 LFF.
